We all know that Emma Watson portrays Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter movies. But did you know that she had to work a lot to land that role? Emma right from six years was interested in becoming an actress and to fulfill her destiny, she joined the Oxford Theater in England. When the decision was made to make a movie out of J.K Rowling’s Harry Potter books, a talent hunt took place all over England to find the main casts of the movie. The casting people came to know about Emma through a teacher at the Oxford Theater.
Emma watson gallery went in to audition for the role. Right from the beginning everyone was more than satisfied with her. She had impressed them with her wit and confidence. Finally, after eight long auditions, she along with Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint were given the roles of Hermione Granger, Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley respectively. A very interesting thing about this audition is the fact that J.K Rowling was interested in Emma right from the first shot. She had revealed this after a few years.
