Out of these blended cottons, a variety of Men’s shirts and t-shirts are made. These cotton shirts are generally classified as Athletic, Regular and Full wear. Then a broad classification is made; this is design based; that’s the cut of collar, cuff, pockets, fiber and weaves.Collars are generally classified as Straight point, button down, spread, tab, club and pinned. See the panel – if it is pure cotton, it means the cloth will be most comfortable in Indian Summers; a blended cotton shirt means the cotton is a mix of some other fiber, making it a little hotter than the simple cotton wear and if it’s a linen then it’s the finest weave of cotton making it wrinkle easily. Linen is best for summers as it’s the coolest even in the hottest summers but it does require a lot of ironing.
